Terrell Whye

Client Service Manager

Terrell joined Labor First in August 2019 as a member of the Account Management Team. He graduated from Wilberforce University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and obtained his MBA in Project Management from Florida Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Labor First, Terrell worked for a DME provider as a Customer Service Manager over Home Health Care. In this role, he gained extensive knowledge of government and private insurances in addition to DME supplies. He served as a liaison between internal and external business partners to provide sales support, resolve any customer account discrepancies, and ensure order processing accuracy. Terrell desires to continue his career in the healthcare industry helping people improve their quality of life and understand the complicated world of health care.
